About the project

Danfoss is looking for a technically strong SAP Commerce Lead Consultant for our Danfoss B2B webshop. The perfect candidate has extensive eCommerce software development experience but like to work in the field between business and the development team, leading the future of the solution.

You will be part of an experienced international team.

The Product Store is the Danfoss global high scale webshop which is rolled out in +80 countries, have thousands of daily operational users and is a critical channel in daily order management and product experience. The Product Store is tightly integrated to our ERP backends for order management, price management and variant configuration. And it is connected to our Product Information Management (PIM)/Digital Asset Management (DAM) setup for product catalogue and product content.

You will be a part of the international Digital Customer Experience team with more than 100 colleagues from all over the world, where we develop, support and lead the digital customer experience in Danfoss. We connect business needs and IT into digital solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Your primary tasks will be leading the technical direction of our Webshop that is based on SAP Commerce Cloud/hybris.

  • We expect you will take ownership and ensure a stable and performant solution by taking all parts of the system, as well as connecting systems, into account for new requirements.

  • You will collaborate with business colleagues to investigate the technical aspects of new requirements, features and bug fixes and be the specialist who knows all about how the solution works, what it integrates to, and how it can be modified to meet requirements.

Our requirements

  • To be considered for this position, you must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or another related field combined with 5+ years proven experience with SAP Hybris core concepts and commerce concepts.

  • We prefer you have a background as a java developer and experience in systems integration, preferably in ecommerce solution or other web-based solutions.

  • You have good experience with the complete software development life cycle

  • We expect you have good cross cultural understanding and value teamwork.

  • All Communication will be in English so good communication and English language skills (Written and verbally) is required.

  • You should have experience & knowledge of data modelling with Hybris, Data exchange and integration.

  • Proficient in Hybris Backoffice, WCMS, Cron jobs.

  • Troubleshooting through resolution of technical issues and system errors

  • Good experience with any logging tools like Kibana(preferred), Loggly, etc.,

  • Good understanding of integration patterns with Search, Content management package or other platforms.

  • Experience in designing API's

  • Good to have: B2B ecommerce implementation knowledge.

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps repository

  • Impex and groovy scripting Knowledge

  • Knowledge of e2e setup and support of SAP Data Hub as well as experience in customizing the Data Hub default extensions is appreciated.

  • CPS experience

  • Sonar/security scripting knowledge

  • Pipelines and repositories knowledge
