Your responsibilities

  • Execution of product-market strategy which is embedded in the ICS strategy

  • To achieve the commercial objectives for your country: profitable growth for ICS sales

  • Playing a key role in executing the commercial country plan, translating it into account development plans and commercial action projects at target customer segments.

  • Becoming a trusted advisor and partner for consultants, planners, architects, and investors

  • Proactively seeking and realizing new business opportunities.

  • Sharing key insights for both short- and long-term commercial opportunities and challenges.

  • Pipeline management;

  • Utilizing CRM as a tool to manage the commercial business. Keeping customer accounts updated, logging regular face2face meetings for target accounts and sharing account development progress.

Our requirements

  • B.Sc. in relevant engineering or commercial field, or similar

  • 5+ years of experience in technical solution selling in a corporate sales environment – current active selling experience is a must

  • Business Development and commercial mindset, opening doors and create new opportunities. Focus on Create, qualify, and develop phase in the funnel (Samba)

  • Broad experience with indoor climate solutions or HVAC

  • CRM and project sales proficiency

  • Strong client facing skills and ability to inspire and transform client pains into demand - experienced in presenting, negotiation, preparing proposals, procurement.

  • Proven track-record of winning projects and understanding full project scopes– ability to sell integrated solutions and cross-sell other Wavin solutions

  • Strong commercial excellence skills

  • Knowledge of the Polish climate solutions market opportunities and challenges

  • A team player, motivator, and excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial drive

  • Strategic approach and the ability to challenge the status quo

  • Fluent Polish and English

The role:

We have embarked on an exciting journey to grow the ICS business and make Wavin a global player within Indoor Climate (heating, cooling, and ventilation). The business structure is newly established, and we are entering multiple new markets (Europe) in the next years.

To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Commercial Account Manager ICS for Poland. As Account Manager you will be responsible for targeting consultants, planners, architects, and investors to drive the sales process all the way the contractor.
