Your responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new, and support existing, customers.

  • Support and development of new and existing distribution channels for relevant new market and customer segments

  • Generate new sales opportunities through presentations,

  • Demos and training courses

  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

  • Implement and support various marketing activities (seminars, exhibitions, trade fairs)

  • Be a competent contact person for customer enquiries

  • Development of long-term customer relationships through cooperation and partnership

  • Close cooperation with the Commercial Sales Team

Our requirements

  • Entrepreneurship and customer-oriented way of thinking and acting

  • Ideally technical training or a completed course of study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or surveying

  • Experience in the building industry (structural engineering, interior finishing, BIM or similar)

  • Experience in the sales of technical products that require explanation is desirable but not absolutely necessary

  • Knowledge of CAD is strongly preferred

  • Experience in CRM systems is strongly preferred Salesforce

  • Ideally, you are already experienced in the distribution of capital goods

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Independent and target-oriented way of working

  • Fluent or native Polish, with a good knowledge of English

  • Willingness to travel
