Development and management of the region in coordination with Regional Sales Manager Europe East/Caucasus/Israel
Creating a joint activity and sales plan (ACP-Account Plan) for key customers to achieve the planned objectives to increase footfall for the Brand and the Optician
Implementing the necessary activities to promote a strong rotation of products
Understanding the needs of the customer and the end consumer and providing rele-vant solutions and product collections to deliver customer satisfaction
Business Intelligence: Smart use of data and KPI’s
Close co-operation with internal departments such as customer service, marketing, etc. to jointly develop our service levels
Introduction of collections, refreshing of current ranges and implementation of the best possible presentation of goods (off- & online) in order to build up high brand awareness and a premium brand image in the store resulting in meeting or exceeding the agreed upon sales targets
Proactive customer relationship management - building and maintaining a business relationship through regular personal visits, by phone, email or digitally; to ensure prompt response to customer needs.
Order taking during sales visit (Silhouette brand only)
Implementation of the Silhouette business model
Mandatory use of all other sales-relevant IT programs
Participation in sales meetings, trade fairs and customer events as desired
Analysis of customers (customer segmentation) and implementation of a focused, strategic and application of the results as required by Management
At least 2 years of experience and proven success within a Field Sales Force, ideally in the eyewear industry or in an industry with premium branded consumer goods
Previous optical expertise (frame & lens) is a plus, but not obligatory.
Commercial background or education preferred
An understanding of the premium / luxury retail sector (B2B, B2C)
Existing customer base of opticians would be an valuable asset
Personality and appearance which reflect the corporate culture and brand(s)
Communicative and empathetic personality
High level of negotiation skills, willingness and perseverance to deliver goals and budget targets
Optimistic, reliable, loyal, reflective person who brings passion and an affinity for the activities, the brand(s) and the products
Entrepreneurial personality who is flexible and pro-active in solving problems, stress-resistant and self-disciplined, with a high level of self-motivation and commitment
Good user knowledge in handling iPad/ Office programs
Languages: fluent (native speaker level) in local language(s) of the territory, excellent English skills, and German skills on working level is an asset
Full clean driving license, high willingness to travel in the area
