Your responsibilities
About the role
Your role as a Commercial Assistant will be to provide solid service for a Vice President of Ostomy Care Europe and a support for Sales&Marketing Team in Poland.
As Personal assistant for an EU VIP you will be responsible for:
• Organizing travels and meetings, including processing expenses reports;
• Preparing presentations and collating data from commercial leaders upon at hoc requests;
• Preparing reports and analyses.
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant for commercial team you will be responsible for:
• Acting as a Purchase Requisition Champion by coordinating purchase orders in SAP and administering contracts with Vendors and Distributors;
• Supporting team members in queries related to expenses reporting in Concur as a Concur Administrator (including archiving the reports);
• Organizing and coordinating internal/external sales meetings;
• Supporting marketing projects;
• Preparing needed reports by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in a timely and quality manner;
• Supporting top management in administrative activities;
• Translating documents upon request.
Our requirements
- Well organized, efficient and self-driven in daily tasks;
- Proactive, with a can-do attitude and focused on delivering upon agreed objectives;
- At least a bachelor’s degree;
- 3 years of experience in assistant roles for top management will be an asset – preferably in an international environment;
- Solid knowledge of SAP and Concur will be an added value;
- Very good written and spoken English;
- Interpersonal skills and high communication skills;
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
