Your responsibilities
In cooperation with the Growth department team seeking, identifying and acting with speed upon business opportunities which will grow sales and improve profit by using all available information (customer feedback, competition, supply and performance analysis) and benchmarking countries and product categories performances.
Supporting both performance marketing and e-commerce teams to secure we sell volume and profit commitments by monitoring results across whole e-commerce funnel, giving actionable information which allows them to follow-up on deviations and improve decision making,
Taking the lead in having a reliable commercial weekly forecasting of the whole e-commerce funnel (traffic channels performances, conversion rate, ticket, etc.) and margins to support Growth department making right decisions regarding turnover and gross margin from total to country perspective, from product range category into article level,
Budgeting and cost control for commercial function,
Close cooperation with BI team and development of reporting tools enabling automated presentation of relevant data.
Supporting the accounting department in month’s end closing and financial reporting.
Our requirements
Previous experience in commercial controlling (preferably ecommerce company) at least 4 years.
Proven knowledge of management accounting methodologies and profitability analysis.
Experience in preparation of topline budgets and cooperation with commercial non-finance teams.
Understanding of sales funnel concept and familiarity with marketing/ecommerce KPI’s.
Practical experience in financial modelling and working with complex spreadsheets.
Education in Finance or related.
Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of Access, PowerBI, BigQuerry will be an asset).
Pro-active & self-driven approach.
Good communication skills and team play mindset.
English enabling fluent communication.
CIMA qualification is an asset.

We are looking for a Financial Business partner for Growth (Marketing & Ecommerce) teams. This position will work cross-functionally and will take part in realisation of our scaling up ambition by provision of financial insight and analysis. At the same time he/she will be overseeing the achievement of financial objectives of the projects and support other team members in decision making.
Our Finance Department supports the organisation by performing crucial financial processes. like collecting payment from customers, making payments to our suppliers, and processing all the related accounting documents. They ensure Tylko adheres to all tax rules and provides financial information and reports both internally and externally.
The Finance Department also supports other departments with planning and decision making, by providing expert financial insight while managing relations with banks and trade currencies.
