Build and lead a team of +30 people to greatness - hire top talents and help them perform, grow and develop as professionals;
Devise the long-term strategy of the Commercial team in Poland, which encompasses Sales, Account Management and Brand Marketing Services;
Keep building a strong partner portfolio, identifying and signing thousands of deals to turn Glovo Poland into the #1 company in terms of quality and quantity of partnerships;
Build processes to scale the commercial effort & improve its efficiency without compromising quality or support;
Guide the commercial team in providing world-class account management services to our partners, looking after growth, sales and operational excellence targets;
Help the Brand Marketing Services turn Glovo into a leading sales and awareness channel for brands; setting the strategy and closing top tier deals;
Further increase the impact and the performance of the Commercial team in Poland by constantly analyzing data and creating new tools, strategies and processes;
Work closely with our HQ Commercial department to define commissions, targets and incentives;
Coordinate and master relationships both at Global and Local level in order to meet the country goals.
University degree in economics / engineering / business or similar; MBA is highly valued.
8+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 managing high-performance commercial / business development teams and managing big accounts. Previous experience in a start-up environment is preferred.
Exceptional commercial, communication & negotiation skills: no deal is impossible for you.
Strong data-driven skills: you’re analytical and extremely truth-seeking. You are comfortable working with large data sets & know how to use them for decision-making.
Superb leadership & team management skills. You have the ability to inspire others, and can prove a strong track record of hiring top talents - and leading them to success.
Empathy and strong customer orientation. You’re comfortable handling C-level business relationships, delivering results without losing sight of a win-win approach.
Ambition, curiosity and strong desire to acquire a deep understanding of your area. You are solution-oriented and you don’t accept a no for an answer.
Lead-by-example attitude. You are a role model of our values and you always treat your team with fairness and respect.
Full professional proficiency in Polish and English.

YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:
As the Director of Commercial for Glovo Poland, you will be responsible for building and developing partnerships with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, food and non-food partners and growing their number on the platform while leading your team to deliver highly-demanding sales and growth targets. In this role you will be part of the commercial leadership team of Glovo, working closely with the local team and the HQ team.
