Recruitment for

International Investor in the Energy Industry (Development/EPC).

Your responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new development opportunities for EPC projects, primarily focused on solar energy.

  • Engage with industry associations, organizations, and stakeholders to establish strategic partnerships and expand the company's network.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and potential clients in the solar energy industry.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.

  • Identify and target prospective clients for EPC projects, leveraging existing relationships and networking opportunities.

  • Provide technical support for proposal development, including the preparation of technical specifications, RFP (Request for Proposal) support, and bid evaluation support.

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop winning proposals that align with client requirements and project objectives.

  • Participate in contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.

  • Oversee the planning, development, and issuance of EPC projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to develop detailed project plans, including scope of work, resource allocation, and project scheduling.

  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during project execution.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

Employer requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience in business development, project management, and contract negotiations in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on EPC projects.

  • Strong knowledge of the solar energy market, including industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry conferences, and project site visits.
