Recruitment for
International Investor in the Energy Industry (Development/EPC).
Your responsibilities
Proactively identify and cultivate new development opportunities for EPC projects, primarily focused on solar energy.
Engage with industry associations, organizations, and stakeholders to establish strategic partnerships and expand the company's network.
Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and potential clients in the solar energy industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
Identify and target prospective clients for EPC projects, leveraging existing relationships and networking opportunities.
Provide technical support for proposal development, including the preparation of technical specifications, RFP (Request for Proposal) support, and bid evaluation support.
Work closely with the sales team to develop winning proposals that align with client requirements and project objectives.
Participate in contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Oversee the planning, development, and issuance of EPC projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to develop detailed project plans, including scope of work, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during project execution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
Employer requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in business development, project management, and contract negotiations in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of the solar energy market, including industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry conferences, and project site visits.
