Your responsibilities
- Budgeting and forecasting commercial KPI’s like shipments, cost price changes, synergies, rebates
- Preparing Group monthly reports, gap analysis and comments
- Preparing monthly analysis of cost price changes
- Providing support and liaising with various functions in preparation of commercial finance KPI’s
- Performing financial analysis for costs and rebates
- Ensuring data quality and accuracy in used systems
- Supporting monthly invoicing process and calculation of accruals
- Controlling rebate collection process
- Designing and implementing new reports in Excel and Power BI
- Testing of new IT solutions
- Providing training for newcomers
- Supporting Finance Manager in development of reporting tools
- Preparing ad hoc analysis to deliver insights
Our requirements
- Experience in a similar role (as an advantage)
- Excellent Excel skills, Power BI as a huge advantage
- Highly analytical and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Attention to detail
- Being able to manage a complex workload with multiple deadlines and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
