Your responsibilities
Monthly update of HC European database (Power BI) & local market sales report (Excel)
Drive project to develop additional Power BI report (transfer reporting from excel to power BI) and enhance Europe Healthcare database
Maintenance process & financial reconciliation process improvement
Ensure alignment of the reports and dashboard vs management & local financial controller needs
Business partnering for different stakeholders (including Sales & Marketing VP)
Promote Power BI Healthcare tools to local financial controllers
Provide training on demand
Connect with other divisions to understand best practice and find potential cross work opportunities
Reporting to the Commercial Intelligence Manager
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or similar is required.
Advanced skillset on Power BI & experience working with databases and information systems
Appetence to run project and drive transformation
Autonomous, agile, organized, teamwork
Superb analytical and critical thinking skills; strong organizational skills.
A proven track record of providing financial and market analysis in a B2B environment
Financial analysis skills
Good oral and written communications skills in the English language; ability to effectively interface with all levels and types of internal and external employees and business associates.
