Your responsibilities

  • Producing monthly reports relating to certain activity.

  • Implementing new reporting tools if needed.

  • Performing month closing activities.

  • Supporting the drafting of the plan, budget and trends for the area of activity.

  • Managing commercial allowances: accruals & pay outs.

  • Monitoring costs and carry out all analyses required to identify risks and opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions.

  • Carry out budgetary control for one or several areas of activity (e.g. general costs, monitoring promotions etc.) under the direct supervision of his/her manager.

  • Identify opportunities in order to optimize the costs and efficacy of actions undertaken.

  • Implement good Internal Control practices within the area of activity.

Our requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Controlling Area.

  • Master degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting and understand the dynamics of the work in a big international company.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Result oriented, ambitious and energetic personality who takies great ownership professional.

  • Excellent organizational & communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and manage complexity.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel).

  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.

  • Fluency in Polish & English.
