Commercial Services Manager
Location: Warszawa
Contract: Permanet

As a Commercial Services Manager you will:

  • Lead the development and optimization of key sales processes supporting company job ticket execution (e.g. RED, RTM, re-routing, customer segmentation, merchandising)
  • Develop and implement country strategy for Cold Drink and Vending
  • Lead S&OP process to drive x-functional alignment
  • Introduce in country best in class sales support processes & solutions including best practices from Group and external market
  • Lead demand forecasting and planning to create value together with customers (JVC)  
  • Drive simplification and standardization in key processes that influence Commercial and Other functions for improving responsiveness to customer needs, customer service & speed in country
  • Ensure support for commercial department with relevant reports and analysis
  • Build and develop productive and good personal relationship with Group, all sales sub-functions, other teams & key internal / stakeholders & partners in country
  • Coach and give regular feedback for subordinates in order to maintain high quality of the process
  • Lead human talents and assumes responsibility for their development

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in country & multi-country processes management with significant people responsibilities (experience in matrix organization is appreciated)
  • Experience in building and implementing long term strategy
  • Strong and broad business knowledge about FMCG market
  • Tracked record of building strong business relationships across country and multi-country
  • Excellent team management skills
  • High influencing and stakeholders’ management skills
  • Business acumen and organizational agility
