Your responsibilities
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects aimed at creating backbone for demand generation programs across Booksy international markets
- Drive special initiatives aimed at stepping up global commercial capabilities, establishing systemic solutions at global level that improve agility and impact across Booksy markets
- Detail out scope, identify key resources needed and essential internal contributors, develop and align project plans
- Drive delivery of project milestones, debottleneck execution and create followership across organisation
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing, global teams in charge of performance marketing and user lifecycle management, martech, operations and systems to achieve project objectives and enable business impact
Our requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in a either project management, consulting, marketing or operations
- Excellent structuring and project planning skills enabling translation of vision into an implementation roadmap that would take into account product and system requirements as well as limitations
- Top-notch organisational and process management, natural ability to be on top of things
- Proactive and pragmatic approach, bias for getting things done
- Strong people and project management skills with the ability to provide guidance and coaching to colleagues across multiple functions
- Attention to detail, whenever relevant
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build working relations with colleagues across functions and cultures, listen to country-specific needs and provide guidance how best to address them through global system enablers
