Your responsibilities
You will be a first-class communicator, with the ability to build long term rapport with the vendors.
Moreover, your work will help to keep cost of acquisition at the lowest level and to balance cost with the company inventory holding requirements to maximise business profitability.
As the Buyer with a set of suppliers (located worldwide) you will not only gain great understanding of the aerospace industry but also learn how to identify business leverage and play an important role in extension of the business.
You will be an excellent problem solver with the ability to continuously improve processes, suggest better strategies and solutions.
Moreover, you will need to identify a cost reduction project following the strategy as well as execute and deliver it in a cooperation with other functions (i.e. Quality, Customer Representatives).
Your support will also extend to providing Incora with high-quality reporting on reviewing and comparing prices to give visibility to the business of cost control within the commodity.
It will be expected of you to adhere to all policies and regulations in relation to product sourcing.
Also, you will participate in improvement activities at department/company level.
You will operate efficient working practices for the sourcing customer requirements at the best commercial terms to meet delivery and commercial timescales and targets.

Our requirements
You will have some experience (around 3 years) in similar role, ideally from aerospace company or other highly regulated industry.
Graduate or bachelor’s degree.
Significant experience of managing a commercial relationship including negotiations.
Fluent English, other languages would be beneficial.
Contract management experience.
Analytical skills.
Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to effectively prioritise and work to deadlines.
Some understanding of specifications and drawings would be advantageous.
Able to negotiate and reach agreement.
