Your responsibilities
- Develop and refine the sourcing strategy using input from global Sourcing Managers and regional business leaders.
- Drive implementation of the sourcing strategy for assigned commodities.
- Lead and drive results of specific strategic sourcing initiatives within assigned commodities and must be successful at managing and influencing a cross-functional team.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance (as per Sourcing Balanced Scorecard) of the suppliers related to assigned commodities. Assess risk according to global procedures, conduct regular business reviews with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of the supply base.
- Responsible for monthly reporting to senior management on key performance indicators within the supply chain. These KPI’s are aligned with Balanced Scorecard.
- Identify and drive productivity improvements by leading joint supplier / unit teams - pursuing TCO reduction opportunities in alignment with the sourcing strategy.
- Identify strategic sourcing best practices and drive these best practices into the Rockwell strategic sourcing toolkit and sourcing strategies.
Our requirements
- Basic knowledge of metal and plastic parts fabrication technologies.
- High energy, driven and enthusiastic about opportunities to establish new approaches to reduce TCO (e.g. productivity workshops).
- Knowledge of English at least B2.
- High communication skills.
- Problem solving oriented and project management skills.
- Presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

Achieve year-on-year improvement in total cost, quality, and service by managing supplier relationships for a portfolio of direct materials across the business units. Support global strategy and providing effective sourcing processes within assigned Commodities. Contribute to EMEA Sourcing Team and its overall effectiveness. Manager will work closely with the business unit (e.g., Materials, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Industrialization and Marketing) and global Strategic Sourcing team.
