Your responsibilities
Design an internal communications approach which proactively embraces the company values and brand vision, focused on all areas of Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing, and Corporate Social Responsibility
Support company communications to a global employee-base ensuring that the brand vision and strategy is shared and visible to all employees
Collaborate cross-department and cross-geography to build a content platform for internal communications cadence
Drive internal vehicles for all-employee communications – building an information sharing culture and a shared knowledge base
Develop a robust employee communications plan – ensuring brand consistency, visibility and understanding
Act as the go-to contact for collaboration with key partners and organisers for internal communications.
Introduce new ways of communicating effectively and driving engagement across the company
Drives and evaluates employee engagement outcomes / results, reporting on internal campaign success
Champion Corporate Social Responsibility, with creative campaigns to increase utilisation of CSR days and sharing updates on our impact within the community
Support our Diversity and Inclusion agenda, liaising with and supporting our employee resource groups to drive ideas, suggestions and events
Support change communications when necessary – keeping employees up-to-date of organizational changes
Other supportive activities that may be required from time to time and assigned by the manager
Our requirements
Ability to develop compelling narrative to engage employees, taking brand messaging consistently across internal materials
Confidence to inspire others and influence
Organization and prioritization skills with established relationships with key partners
Very good attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent command in spoken and written English
A self-motivated and solutions driven approach to problem solving
Reporting skills, monitoring and measuring success as well as reporting on best practice of event management
Ability to collaborate with worldwide colleagues across organizational and cultural boundaries in support of communications goals
Have experience in an employee / internal communications role
Preferably, a bachelor’s degree in communications, education, psychology, marketing or related fields – experience counts more so apply still if you do not have a related degree
Have experience managing intranet platforms or internal platforms for communications
Great knowledge of best practice in employee engagement
Experience project managing communications internally for a worldwide business / team
