This role is part of a global and exciting team that sits in the epicenter of the BD Technology & Global Services (TGS) organization, driving effective communications and change management initiatives to increase associate engagement, bringing culture to life, and helping cultivate excellence within TGS.

The role of the Communication Specialist, is to serve as a communications and organizational change partner for a broad and varied group of stakeholders around the globe. This role plays a pivotal role within the European Shared Service Center, located in Wroclaw, Poland, and will work closely with the Center’s leadership to drive associate engagement, operationalize the Center communications strategy, and deliver effective communications within the Center, as well as raising the profile of the Center by celebrating and sharing successes.

This role will also work closely with the Manager, Communications and OCM, Regions and Platforms to support appropriate communications, change and training components for the projects and programs driven by the Platform Solutions and Engineering teams.

The incumbent will also contribute to the TGS Connects program, a cultural transformation initiative, by contributing to design and deployment of offerings for such as wellbeing seminars, self-service resources, leader and associate chats, career development opportunities and more.
