Your responsibilities
Secure internal communication clarity & consistency
Serve as editor-in-chief of all employee channels. Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums
Build employee engagement and motivation through planning, organizing and executing internal communication campaigns
Creating video content and conducting interviews with the Management Team
Hosting employee events, acting as a spokesperson for employees conducting Q&As and various meetings
Support the execution of global EB & HR strategic initiatives
Increase AmRest employer brand awareness
Support Management Team and Leaders to communicate with an internal audience
Collaborating with a network of local communication teams
Our requirements
Passion for communications, branding, journalism, and copywriting
Creativity and strong aesthetic sense
Positive attitude and outstanding communication skills
Strong writing, editorial, and reviewing skills
Skill in producing creative and engaging content
Experience with and comfort in public speaking and events hosting
Understanding of correctness linguistic
Flawless Spanish and English
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Comfortable using new technology and ability to learn any new programs quickly
Being up to date with EB & HR trends
Very good work organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things are changing quickly
