Your responsibilities
Take ownership of business critical translation work between English, French and German
Understand, support and execute the AXA XL communication requirements considering the country specific regulations and requirements
Consider insurance and AXA XL specific terminology and develop understanding of key business and enterprise mode of expression
Own and drive relationships with various Ops & Tech colleagues who will benefit from your services
Integrate in a team of Change Management professionals to understand and support the various deliverables to a successful Change story
You will report to Enterprise Change & Continuous Improvement Leader
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Fluent English, German and French language skills
Experience in translation services, ideally with a financial service background
Effective communicator and a service-oriented team player
Proficient in various MS tools (especially word and powerpoint)
Overall 3+ years of job experience preferred
