Your responsibilities
Compensation analyst to work closely with Compensation consultants and/or Compensation Managers in analyzing financial and other information.
Incumbent analyst would be expected to know and understand core compensation principles, data analysis, compensation processes (including participation in salary surveys and market pricing) as well as database management. The Comp Consultants would broadly design a project including communicating to the analyst their data analysis needs and the deliverables to the customer and the analyst determines what data to pull, the analyses that will be run, how to present the data, and comes up with ideas for improving the analyses/projects.
The analyst would be participating in meetings with Talent Consultants and LOB managers on projects managed by the Comp Consultant/ Manager with their role to analyze/interpret data, develop recommendations, and work with Compensation consultants and/or managers in preparing/delivering presentations of findings to customers.
The Analyst may also work with HRIS and Payroll on projects such as Compensation Review (including Annual Award Process) and on responses to audits.
They may submit salary survey data, maintain salary survey data, and maintain Compensation information on the HR system of record. The Compensation Analyst may also conduct special data analysis projects as requested by Compensation consultants and/or managers, and senior management.
May assist Comp consultant(s) is developing incentive plans, analyze the effectiveness of incentive plan designs and performance results. May participate in integrating compensation programs of acquired companies into those of the organization.
May also assist in compilation of data for regulatory reporting purposes.
