Your responsibilities

  • Conduct pricing analysis and job description evaluations to determine job level and salary ranges.

  • Perform research and analysis of compensation data and trends to ensure the organization's compensation programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with industry standards

  • Maintain job architecture structures, job descriptions, and salary ranges

  • Conduct minimum wage, FLSA and pay equity analysis

  • Provide support and guidance to HR, management, and employees on compensation-related matters

  • Participate in the design and delivery of compensation training programs to ensure understanding and compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to compensation programs, policies, and procedures

  • Identifies key processes for improvement

  • Assist with variable pay program documentation, eligibility, and distribution

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in (HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll)

  • Good English skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Power Point, Word)

  • Ability to prioritize tasks

  • Ability to always maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgment

What will you be doing?

As a part of our Poland Recruitment Delivery Centre team, you'll support and analyze HR related matters revolving around Compensation in cooperation with US established HR team.

Day to day work will focus on assisting with administration and implementation of compensation programs. This includes salary surveys, minimum wage/market/pay equity and FLSA analysis, maintaining job architectures and providing support with compensation queries.
