Your responsibilities

  • Maintain, analyze and update incentive plan database
  • Partner with corporate finance team to timely obtain and update financial data in incentive plan database
  • Support incentive accrual process
  • Proactively conduct incentive plan database audits
  • Interface with HRIS team and technology developers to communicate system enhancements requests
  • Partner with global payroll teams to support incentive payout process
  • Proactively and continuously identify areas for process improvement, efficiency, and best practices sharing

Our requirements

  • Graduated in Finance / Human Resources or other relevant area
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience (preferably in analytics)
  • Extensive experience and knowledge level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data entry, formulas, VLOOKUP function, pivot tables)
  • Ability to explain complex process and technical information for non-technical stakeholders
  • Financial background/experience would be a benefit
  • Experience within BPO/ SSC
  • Fluency in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical problem solving
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strive to simplify and standardize processes
  • Paper/Packaging industry experience a plus, but not required.

The Opportunity:

Responsible for data maintenance, audits and other activities supporting global WestRock Short Term Incentive Plan administration. Serves as the principal contact and technical liaison for the WestRock Short Terms Incentive plan database administration. The Compensation Analyst is a key member of the Total Rewards team.
