Your responsibilities
Overseeing employee benefits, compensation databases and benchmark compensation;
Ensuring that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision;
Providing advice and cooperation with Site HR and managers from appointed business lines on various compensation cases and projects;
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations;
Coordination of annual review covering base salary, bonuses, and deferred compensation;
Support global compensation processes, activities relating to merit, bonus, long-term incentive, the annual salary survey process, job evaluation, grading etc.
Prioritizing benefit schemes in the company based on market data and trends;
Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
Our requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management or comparable studies;
Minimum 3 years of experience in specialized field of compensation and benefits;
Understanding of compensation and benefit programs;
Good knowledge in MS Office and any professional HR tool (e.g. SAP HR or Successfactors) is a plus;
Very good communication and ability to operate in a complex environment in an autonomous working style;
Requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of information.
Fluent English language skills.
