Your responsibilities
- assessment of the company’s compensation levels (e.g. pay scales and benefit plans) compared to the market, based on annual benchmarking analysis and local legal requirements;
- creation of compensation calculation schema and ensuring adherence to those;
- valuation of job positions;
- full responsibility for the annual salary and bonus processes;
- maintenance and update of all job descriptions according to standard functional areas in CSS;
- leading and developing a team of three specialists covering Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and Administration
- maintenance and design of tools and templates for HR departments and ensuring equal pay;
- advising HR BPs business stakeholders regarding all C&B topics;
- preparation of regular audits and reports related to compensation and benefits;
- cooperating with external partners, like benefit’s vendors and ensure legal compliance;
- participation in team projects in related area
- responsibility for Payroll all social insurance matters;
- sharing best practices with HR processes.
Our requirements
- has Master’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant
- has 8 years of professional experience in in the area of Compensation & Benefits, thereof preferably 2-3 years in payroll and administration;
- knows Polish labor law and local market trends in compensation best practices;
- communicates in English and Polish fluently;
- has proven people management experience and a very high level of integrity;
- presents excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- has expert knowledge in compensation, benchmarking and hands-on experience of designing and managing C&B processes;
- has experience and good understanding of overseeing Payroll and Administration;
- is well organized and has improvement orientation;
- has very good collaboration skills, strong influencing and communication skills;
- is proactive, systematic, and detailed oriented and has excellent communication skills;
- has the ability to use professional tools, methods and techniques supporting the management of compensations and valuation of positions;
- is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself;
- is analytically strong, has numeracy skills and high attention to detail
- has advanced excel skills
- quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and, in the process, drives the company’s agenda.

Our Shared Service Center hosts functions like Invoice to Pay, Procure to Invoice, Record to Report, Customer to Cash, Financial Planning & Analysis, Transport Control Tower, and other roles based out of Poznan.
Joining us means
- leading the Team of Payroll & Administration Specialists and being responsible for the benefits and compensation policies and implementation for over 400 employees at Poznan Carlsberg Shared Services;
- working with Internal HR Teams: Recruitment, HR BPs, Operational Teams, CSS Management, Group HR, Group Compensation & Benefits;
- strengthening People & Culture team and supporting business unit in achieving current and future business objectives;
- having multiple opportunities to grow professionally and personally through a variety of interesting projects and initiatives that will shape the future for you, our office, and the whole Carlsberg Group;
