We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of:

Compensation & Benefits Analyst
based in Warsaw

The C&B Analyst is part of Bacardi´s Global C&B Team and will work for Eastern Europe and Asia Region. You will work closely with Regional C&B Director and support local HR in markets in Global C&B related questions and issues to ensure C&B processes and activities are executed brilliantly. C&B Analyst is temporary role, from January 2021 to April 2022.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support Regional C&B Director with the operational and analytics tasks for Eastern Europe and Asia markets as well as support local HR partners with C&B guidelines and Global C&B processes execution:
- Year-End Process (Merit Review & Annual Bonus)
- Employee Cost Budgeting process
- Job Evaluation
- Market pay and benefits data analysis
- Pay Ranges calculation
- HRIS System Data Quality
- Other C&B tasks and projects

CRITICAL EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years in multinational FMCG company with solid C&B practices
  • Experience of work with several countries in the scope (CIS at least, Eastern Europe/Asia is a plus)
  • Active participation in Annual Merit and Bonus process, Budgeting process
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Communication skills. Multicultural experience
  • Language skills: Polish – native or advanced, English – advanced, communicative Russian is an additional advantage
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Workday system experience is a plus
  • Higher education – preferably in economics, mathematics, statistics or similar
