    Currently we are looking for people in positions of:

    Compensation & Benefits Coordinator at Avon Cosmetics Polska, Warsaw

    Location: Warszawa
    Ref: L/HR/C&B/0515


    • Participation in forming HR strategy referring to compensation and benefits (such as salary review, salary and bonuses plans, comparing salaries to the market, position evaluations)
    • Cooperation with HRBP’s in order to coordinate headcount & budget planning
    • Cooperation with Finance Department in order to provide all necessary data regarding compensation, accruals and headcount budgeting
    • Reporting in the areas of headcount turnover and salaries
    • Providing necessary data to salary surveys
    • Marinating and updating C&B procedures
    • Regular monitoring of market benchmark & employee satisfaction in terms of employee
      benefits and adjusting Avon offer accordingly


    • Unique possibility to gain experience in HR Department in multi-national organization
    • Work in international environment
    • Taking part in interesting projects and business initiatives
    • Independent position with wide scope
      of responsibilities and direct impact on Avon’s C&B strategies


    • At least 2 years of experience in Comp&Ben area, preferably in multi-national company
    • Master degree in HR, finance or economy
    • Advanced with MS Office (especially advanced Excel and Power Point)
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, scrupulosity
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong multi-tasking ability
    • Fluent English.
