    Responsibilities:

    • Work to standardize and drive global consistency in questions and validation across Mercer’s remuneration surveys.
    • Management, governance, and maintenance updates of the Mercer’s survey global questions database.
    • Create new question definitions, including both optimal wording of the questions and definition of the rules for validation of the expected response.
    • Support business sponsors in the product development activities.
    • Periodically undertake project management tasks associated with large scale internal projects.
    • Assigning resources and priorities to project teams.

    Requirements:

    • Min. 3 years working in a Compensations and Benefits survey environment.
    • Experience in client and/or stakeholder management as well as project management in an international environment.
    • Strong self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent English language and communication skills.
    • Strong data management skills
    • Ability to effectively cope with change and to handle ambiguity
    • Attention to details, quality, accuracy

    Other desired skills:

    • Understanding of most common compensation and benefits practices and Total Rewards frameworks.
    • Knowledge of Mercer’s services.
    • Experience in designing surveys / data collection questionnaires.
