    This is a newly established position with a purpose to participate in the creation of a centralized strategy within HR. Particularly, this job is focused on structuring the data within Compensation & Benefits area and then formulating a framework that will be applied in European business units. The higher maturity of a Candidate, the more ownership over the process can be assigned.

    Description

    • Assist with the implementation of the Annual Review workflow system as well as other HR systems and tools in order to support & automate HR activities & reporting;
    • Participation in structuring the benefits policy;
    • Prepare, control and analyse confidential recurring HR reports as well as ad hoc queries and information requests including analysis & advice to HR on individual compensation packages;
    • Maintain all Reward process documentation and Senior Management personnel files;
    • Strengthen the Financial Planning process by developing tools for forecasting/budgeting of personnel costs.

    Profile

    • At least bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics or Business;
    • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR area (preferred payroll, compensation & benefits);
    • Good technical / conceptual understanding of HR processes & systems;
    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint;
    • Positive approach towards new implementations;
    • Fluent English language command.
