Your responsibilities

  • Development and design of compensation packages and policies aligned with the organization's strategy

  • Implementation of the grading structure and policy based on global framework

  • Providing income and salary data reports from payroll provider and salary survey providers

  • Cooperate with external providers, conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks for respective business areas

  • Cooperation with the Global Compensation & Benefits team for effective process transfer to HR system

  • Create a consistent compensation guidelines

  • Apply effective communication strategies including policies, procedures and C&B guidelines

  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations

  • Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present report

  • Lead Compensation & Benefit projects and initiatives for the Delivery Centre in Poland with strong cooperation with Local and Global HR function

  • Proactively identify new opportunities to improve Compensation and Benefits package in line with the market trends

Our requirements

  • University degree in business/economics, finance, HR management or other related fields

  • Previous working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist for min 3 years; experience in large, multinational company will be an asset

  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management including labour market surveys

  • Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices

  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits

  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle complex information and articulate outcomes effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA will be an asset

  • Fluent English
