The Compensation & Benefits Specialist aligned to Consumer business will be part of Compensation and Benefits Ops Team supporting more than 30 markets across EMEA region. The person that will held this position will be playing crucial role ensuring that compensation and benefits administration processes are delivered timely within established frames. The role as part of People Services will report to the EMEA Compensation and Benefits Ops Lead working closely with the Reward Centre of Excellence and external providers.
