    Complaint Resolution Manager
    (Center of Quality Competence)

    Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating the Complaint Resolution on local and regional level
    • Providing methodical support for problem solving on local and regional level
    • Facilitating the competence and adherence of corporate complaint management requirements
    • Working actively together with the local and regional QM Team on root cause analysis, immediate and preventive actions settings
    • Monitoring the Complaint Resolution status (to prioritize, escalate and monitor the deadlines)
    • Responsible for Lessons Learned and Transversal know-how transfer
    • Being an Ambassador of deploying Quality-mindset regarding Failure Culture
    • Providing Input to Monthly Quality Reviews

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Diploma in Engineering/ Economics/ Business Administration or related education
    • Minimum 3 years work experience in Complaint Management
    • Experience in working with methods such as Ishikawa/ Fishbone, 5 Why, FMEA
    • Experience as Internal Auditor
    • Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, ISO 10002 standards
    • Very good command of English (verbal and written)
    • Good command of German will be an asset
    • Assertiveness
    • Good communication and problem solving skills
    • Willingness to travel abroad
