Gather business requirements by interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and conduct analysis for application development. Facilitate requirement workshops.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create deliverables in different phases of the project lifecycle.
Produce business requirement documents, functional specifications and business process flows.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams and create system mockup screens.
Analyze business processes and perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility study.
Support Inhouse and third-party applications used by compliance teams for monitoring, screening and regulatory reporting.
Identify and evaluate the impact of change requests within the business application and all upstream/downstream systems.
Liaise with onsite and offsite development teams on a daily basis to monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
Review test cases and test plans with the project team.
Conduct user acceptance testing, user training, and troubleshoot production incidents.
Provide production support for global users operating in various geographies.
Minimim 5 years of experience in business systems analysis in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-based environments.
2-3 years exposure to commodity or financial markets and contract management.
Experience with implementation and support of multiple initiatives across various aspects of Compliance program (Sanctions, Derivatives, Regulatory Reporting, Fraud).
Experience with data analysis.
Experience with IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Iterative methodology.
Strong SQL skills with an ability to extract data from Oracle databases to support business objectives.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
