Your responsibilities

  • About the hiring group

  • The Restricted Products Teams collaborate with different teams to ensure we obsess over the safety of our customers and mitigate risks with the products that are being sold. Creating high standards of compliance will provide our customers with the certainty to buy the products they want online.

  • Classify products based on their potential hazardous risk, for regulatory storage and transportation purposes

  • Identify and remove any products from our website that violate policies

  • Working with the legal and quality team to ensure the high standard of safety and compliance

  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Our requirements

  • High School Graduation Certificate

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a data-driven business environment

  • Professional written and oral communication skills in English

  • Medium written and oral communication skills in Swedish (B1 level)

  • Knowledge of MS Office; MS Outlook, and MS Excel


  • Bachelors Degree

  • Knowledge of product safety regulations

  • Knowledge of basic SQL

The Restricted Products Teams ensure that Amazon transactions satisfy legal and safety requirements. You will have an important part in ensuring Amazon customers are safe and informed by coordinating and taking ownership of product safety recalls, which are fundamental to ensure all products from the website and our fulfillment centers are removed if required. A day in the life You will be interacting with vendors whilst coordinating aspects of product transactions that are impacted by regulations (distribution, shipping, sale, and import/export). This involves analyzing product documentation and flagging compliance risks. There will be opportunities to train and mentor colleagues and for you to have an impact on improving processes. You will be responsible for coordinating vendor relationships and engaging in regular discussions.
