The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data and technology functions with the global Control Room, Information Barrier Surveillance and Employee Personal Account Trading suite of applications. Scope of the role includes the documentation of business requirements, preparing and completing user acceptance tests and coordinating testing with subject matter experts and the respective technology partners.

The primary scope of the role covers Compliance Platform Integration which is a global platform delivering data & technology solutions to compliance colleagues. Situated within the Global Surveillance Effectiveness and working with our global partners and collaborators, the individual will also have the opportunity to capture exposure to other areas that the team is responsible for, e.g. Trade, Communications and Transaction surveillance, which will provide the platform for involvement in many exciting projects and initiatives. Financial services experience along with project management and ability to work across multiple global cross functional teams.

You offer

  • An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years project management experience.
  • University degree specializing in finance or banking.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and matters with discretion. Phenomenal interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and process management skills. Flexibility and experience to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines.
  • Extremely detail oriented and able to create and maintain thorough technology testing documentation.
  • Ability to identify areas of data and technology risks and raise immediately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Building and maintaining solid working relationships with regional and global partners. Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.
  • Supporting the deployment of activities and manage the development and reputation of the team.
