Your responsibilities
Properly manage relevant Euroclear policies, from design to approval and implementation
Define and execute a risk-based training plan allowing to structurally raise the awareness of staff and management
Anchor C&E awareness and culture within the Group through impactful communication campaigns
Improve the policy process by taking the lead on specific work streams such as
roll-out and monitoring of the Group Policy Framework with the other members of Policy Office (incl. development/maintenance of a tracking tool)
Support policy document owners to navigate through the policy creation, review and approval process and ensure policies are designed, approved and implemented in the most optimal way, in line with our policy framework and governance
Support Head of Awareness & Policy Office team with the transformation of the Policy Office to operate at an optimal level of efficiency
Support the creation of impactful e-learnings to create awareness on new or existing Compliance policies across Euroclear Group
Support Head of Awareness & Policy Office in looking at a new way of defining the awareness plan per compliance domains
Look for opportunities to improve efficiency in Awareness & Policy Office team processes
Ensure timely, effective and efficient delivery of the items under your responsibility.
Our requirements
You have at least 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services Sector
Legal background would be an asset.
You have a proven solid experience of at least 3 years gained in a function where you have been managing policies (drafting, revising, implementing, coordinating) in a Compliance, Risk, Legal or Corporate Secretariat department
You are familiar with the Compliance & Ethics domains and how they impact each (I)CSD or have a deep interest to build your knowledge
You are aware of regulatory reporting environments across the Group
You have strong writing skills
You are fluent in English
You have advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
You are proactive and capable of operating autonomously by structuring your own workload and ensuring timely and quality delivery whilst leveraging available support and tools
You are a team player and are willing to work in a multi-cultural team
You have an independent mindset, are assertive and can manage challenging internal and external stakeholders
You are disciplined, accurate and have strong organization skills
You can quickly build relationships with stakeholders
You communicate with enthusiasm and passion
