your tasks

  • Gather required documentation from the Global ISA community to begin the transition of responsibilities for security activity logging.
  • Work with the IS peer teams to develop, coordinate and implement a successful transition of responsibilities from the business.
  • Develop and apply global logging requirement models to support the migration of new applications to GIDA ISA.
  • Adhere to logging requirement documents as they relate to Citi’s corporate security programs and policies.
  • Guide the business and provide security advice in development of daily security audit logs.
  • Consult with the business and management to define business needs and compliance.
  • Coordinate between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide consolidation of audit logging requirements.
  • Perform project progress related activities such as gathering logging requirements, analysis and design reviews.
  • Perform system validations for the application activity logging to meet the IT security standards.
  • Track and report status of all assigned projects daily and weekly
  • Tailor and deploy training materials to Global peers, providing training sessions as necessary.
  • Synchronize with management to determine project and task resource assessment, sizing, prioritization and timelines.
  • Build relationships with our International ISA and Compliance Monitoring teams.
  • Must be able to manage and coordinate an aggressive workload
  • Ability to interact and communicate both written and verbally with multiple layers of management as well as Global and Local ISOs.
  • Have capacity to communicate with both the Business and the Technology groups to effectively facilitate issues and requirements.

  • Must have strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to apply logical and analytical skills to affect outcome.
  • Must be flexible and able to effectively manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work with Global teams to track performance, communicate expectations, anticipate and recognize problems, and when appropriate, escalate appropriately.
  • Strong written skills are required in the documentation of process control manuals.
  • Must be able to help motivate team members and project owners to successful completion of required projects.
  • Ability to create metrics, presentations and other documents as needed.
