Your responsibilities

The Compliance MI function is responsible for establishing and maintaining Compliance Information and Compliance Metrics Management within the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) division. To support strategic data and reporting initiatives as well as risk assessment, we offer a challenging role as a Metrics and Risk Assessment specialist, as part of the team located in Wroclaw. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Support strategic and pivotal initiatives to accelerate regulatory and audit requirements and support regulatory and audit requests

* Define business-as-usual processes and procedures for standardized regular reporting and implement relevant steps

* Help establish, maintain, and run robust processes for regulatory compliance reporting, partner with data provider teams, run quality assurance controls and respond to enquiries

* Help design and implement target operating models in collaboration with subject matter specialists to reduce operational risks, i.e., sustainable governance models, processes, and procedures

* Support business and data analysis as part of Compliance Reporting Initiatives, defining metrics and reports for effective management of compliance risks

* Visualize governance, process, and procedure models using various tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, etc.

* Support the creation and preparation of high-quality presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint for management meetings and projects, applying agreed structure, consistent layout, and formatting

* Support and track the logistics of selected activities and stakeholders e.g., SharePoint access, control inventories

Our requirements

We are looking for diligent, analytical professionals with very good problem solving and outstanding interpersonal skill-set. Additional requirements are:

* A University degree or an equivalent education in Business Administration, or Technology / Engineering-related fields is essential

* Minimum 2 - 4 years of proven relevant professional experience, ideally in the financial services industry

* Advanced Power Point, Visio and Intermediate Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups) skills are a must

* Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes, systems, and data flows, as well as in elaborating and documenting target operating models, processes, procedures, and business requirements

* Understanding of financial products and transaction types is an advantage as well as knowledge of banking processes, in particular with respect to compliance functions

* High sense of responsibility, result oriented, and independent working practice, showing initiative and high level of reliability, delivers on time, with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and quality standards

* Very good communication and presentation skills in English, German is an advantage

* The mentality to partner with various stakeholders across the Bank (Front Office, Legal, Compliance, IT, Product Specialists) to understand underlying issues and opportunities, and elaborate pragmatic solutions
