you have minimum of 5 years of total work experience with a minimum of 5 years in relevant investigation Financial Crime Compliance experience,
you have established and proven team leadership skills, having been in a similar role for at least 3 years.
you are an expert in understanding of how money laundering and terrorist financing are executed, why, the differences between them and their impacts and you have developed understanding of the global financial system and banking as well as the regulatory environment and the impacts of non-compliance.
you have an Expert skills in conducting effective FCC investigations, including in data and transaction analysis, research and documentation and you have SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) filing experience
you are Fluent in English, in reading and writing
you have the ability to gain support for ideas and solutions relying on persuasion rather than authority in order to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
you have an ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas, facts and opinions. Is able to express them fluently both in speaking and writing, supported by appropriate tools.
you can establish plans to determine tasks, priorities, and timelines and identifying the resources needed to achieve goals
Intermediate and above in French and/or Dutch
Professional certification (CAMS, CFE, ICA or equivalent).

This is an unique, though challenging opportunity for experienced professionals to join our team, which is part of the Corporate Compliance department (based in Amsterdam).
