Compliance Testing Senior Expert

Qualifications:

• University education preferred, but an exceptional working track record will be deemed equally important
• Background in Audit, Controls, Risk or Compliance with an in-depth understanding of testing or audit methodology, risk and control analysis is required
• Financial services industry experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
• Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong presentation skills, ability to articulate review findings and defend if challenged
• Well organized, efficient and able to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong ability to manage and facilitate work projects both on the ground and with remote units
• Regulatory experience, e.g. GDPR, MIFID, PFSA’s Recommendations
• Able to work on own initiative
• Strong report writing skills
• Fluency in Polish & English
