    Configuration Manager/DevOps Engineer

To strengthen our EPM team, we are looking for a Configuration Manager/DevOps Engineer with experience in CI/CD and cloud solutions .     Tasks:

     

    We are looking for candidates for the position of a DevOps who will support us with Build, operate, and maintain the Continuous Delivery toolchain, to achieve reliable and stable releases and more.
    • Develop and document the deployment build and release process of Azure Cloud Infrastructure
    • Build, operate, and maintain the Continuous Delivery toolchain, to achieve reliable and stable releases
    • Constantly improve the Continuous Delivery toolchain and associated processes towards more automation and shorter turn-around times
    • Troubleshoot build and release issues
    • Monitor and support web apps and underlying services on Azure
    • Monitor and support client server technologies, act as point of contact during business hours and liaise with global teams for any escalations

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university in computer science, information sciences or a related field
    • 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience with software configuration management or DevOps. Preferred background – Experience with Azure, any other cloud technology
    • Experience in containerized/micro services solutions (build management, release management configuration and operational tasks), knowledge of Service Fabric, Docker or other container management systems will be a plus
    • Experience and ability to work with database technologies – Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle
    • Experience in DB Administration (SQL Server and Oracle) and .Net/C# knowledge will be appreciated
    • Familiarity with Windows and Linux based systems and technologies. Any system administration experience will be a plus
    • Scripting skills and passion to automate software engineering tasks (preferred Python or PowerShell). Programming skills are a plus
    • Excellent communication and technical writing skills in English to explain and document your ideas and plans for different audiences. Experience in working in a globally distributed team is a plus
