Your responsibilities
Effective estimates preparation
Construction projects planning including detail heavy lifts plan
Construction projects execution
Manages the allocation of resources to project sites
Sources additional resources as needed
Optimizes the resource assignment balance between shop fabrication and field activities
Supply chain development and management
Coordinates to ensure local requirements are identified
Our requirements
Experience in an international industrial projects with a preference in the power generation industry
Excellent industry contacts with mechanical and/or electrical skilled labor
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Solution oriented, positive, proactive and growth mindset
Proven ability to manage simultaneous and overlapping tasks in a rapidly changing work environment
Team player mindset, ability to build productive working relationships with co-workers, other management and external parties
Proven fluency in Polish, competency in English and other European language is an advantage
Willingness to travel both international and domestic

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced construction proposal and project manager. At this position, you will develop organization, lead and provide support to mechanical and electrical projects within Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to win and execute construction projects, resource people and equipment for service and capital projects. This position supports SFW’s global business operations and reports to SFW FAKOP General Director.
