Your responsibilities

You, as a future Consultant / Agile Project Manager will be responsible for:

Working with the Customer:

Working closely with Customers on achieving their success:

- Building the client’s trust (including scenarios when it means informing the client about bad news and working out of a fair solution for both parties)

- Analyzing the Business Needs/Vision or Problems that the customers may have

- Participating and advising in Business Process Modeling with the Customers

- Managing the change that leads to proper solution adoption

- Supporting Customers in Solution/Tools implementation on any stage of the project

- Guiding the customer on the path to becoming a Product Owner

Making sure that the Project is delivered in time and with diligence which include:

- Organizing effective requirement gathering workshops (e.g. in form of Use Case, User Story Mapping, Event Storming)

- Conducting effective Backlog Refinement in order to keep clear and well prioritized backlog with estimations in place

- Providing transparency of progress (using visualizations, information radiators) and timely status reporting

Responsibility for Project Management which include:

- Keeping track of the time and attendance of the Team Members

- Being in charge of the Budget needed to run the specific Projects

- Lead any Project closing process

- Making sure that our Talent is involved in appropriate Projects – in case of Project Closure manage the transition to the next one, which may include starting a “Bench” Project

Account Management activities with the focus on upselling services:

- Managing the Team Growth both, whether it concerns competences as well as team structure

- Seeking and converting new opportunities to New Projects

- Gathering and elicitation of the New Scope in ongoing Projects

- Building clear and effective communication rules within the project that is conducted remotely

Working with the Team:

- Implementing and leading required methodology and Events (for e.g. SCRUM)

- Supporting the team in self-organization and effective communication among team members

- Leading effective retrospective meetings and driving realizing the outcomes of those meetings

- Supporting the team in improving the product development process, helping to identify and track relevant metrics

- Managing the members of the team and being the first escalation point while leading any efforts to remove reported obstacles

- Being in charge of any Project related documentation - Agreement Preparation and Negotiation

Working with the Organization an taking charge of Pre-Sales activities such as:

- Analysis and preparation of the answers for RFIs or RFPs

- Initial Scoping with potential new customers

- Initial Estimating with Estimation Groups

- Leading in the Proposals creation and communication

- Building internal processes that guarantee higher operational efficiency

- Making sure we are compliant with the agreement, our internal rules and all activities are aligned with the ISO 27001 standards

Our requirements

Crucial requirements:

- Min. 3 years of IT software Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience

- Strong understanding of Agile Philosophy and SCRUM. Strong knowledge of Project Management frameworks.

- Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent problem solving

Familiarity with the specificity of projects conducted in software houses (external clients)

- Proven ability to work in changing environment in cooperation with foreign clients

- Fluent English

- Knowledge and ability to facilitate the use of tools like Impact Mapping, User Story Mapping, Event Storming/Modeling

Nice to have skills, knowledge and experience:

- PSM I or AgilePM certificates

- Knowledge of Design Thinking

- Proven experience using, interpreting and making recommendations from collected data

- Have leadership experience in a Servant Leadership models or willingness to adapt SolveQ 10 Competency Model (empathy, humility, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, persuasiveness, trustworthiness, commitment to others’ growth, focus on community building, ability to empower others, integrity)
