    Consultant (Ask Nielsen)

    The role is mainly focused on developing further strong relationship with ca. 80 Clients, based on strong analytical support, close & regular cooperation with Client and engagement. Overall goal of the Business Development Consultant in Ask Nielsen team is to understand the business needs and priorities of all Clients (most of them are local but some are also regional) while working with and for Client – during meetings as well as by working on a shared mailbox.

    Business Development Consultant’s main responsibility is to be able to provide fast and thorough responses to Clients’ queries – with the focus on proposal and offer preparation. If required by the Client – the Business Development Consultant needs to be able to prepare and deliver an analysis and/or presentation for the Client or take part in an on-site service.

     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Being part of Ask Nielsen team and handling all kinds of requests (operational, contractual, financial, etc.) from the Clients while working via shared mailbox within the given time period 
    • Account management including revenue and sales analysis
    • Direct sales activities (meetings, proposal writing and sending, follow-ups)
    • Preparing offers and proposals for all Ask Nielsen Clients
    • Taking part in/leading Client meetings
    • Conducting Client trainings (methodology, software) if needed
    • Coordinating internal request flow and supporting the group with tough requests
    • Collaborate with other Nielsen counterparts to deliver integrated solutions

    Required qualifications

    • Professional experience in working with clients
    • Self-organisation and ability to multitask through numerous responsibilities is a must
    • Being a team player – ability to support other group members in difficult situations
    • Negotiation skills are an advantage
    • Presentation and trainer skills
    • Ability to prioritize, work under time pressure and to work cross functionally
    • Account management skills
    • Good analytical skills
    • Business effective English (fluent Polish is a must)
    • Ability of effective proposal preparation and selling skills are a significant advantage
