In the role of Consultant, you will act as a technology expert and participate in development and maintenance of high critical business applications. You will be responsible for uninterrupted application availability, proactive and reactive maintenance of IT applications, and providing support to business users of important large business applications.You will also be required to focus & drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation. At least 5 years’ experience in managing applications support & maintenance
Experience of SDLC in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Must have experience working within agreed SLA
Hands on experience in Incident, Problem, Change Management
Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM tool
Strong experience in Delphi, .Net
Awareness and work experience in Delphi, .Net
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any other foreign language is a valuable add on)
Work eligibility in Poland
Ability to gather information and create good quality knowledge documents
High analytical skills
A high degree of initiative and flexibility
High customer orientation
Awareness of any of RPA tools
Ability to work in a multi-cultural team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
