Your responsibilities
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
Addressing any employment related issues and managers’ queries as appropriate
Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval process is followed
Participating in implementing new policies and procedures across the company
Being up to date with knowledge of changing labour law regulations
Assisting local managers and business leaders with HR expertise
Our requirements
Based in Wroclaw and willing to come to office at least 3 times per week.
Fluent in English and Polish
At least 5-6 years of experience relating to polish HR (preferable an HR generalist/Junior HR BP role providing full HR Lifecycle processes management, counsel to leaders and associates in a highly complex and dynamic business setting)
Good understanding of polish labor law
Experience in partnering with business and supporting employee life cycle related areas.
