Your responsibilities

  • Working with teams to develop new operating models and organizational structures for our clients that encompass people, process, technology and governance within and across marketing organizations in order to unlock value and meet desired business outcomes
  • Advising clients on various aspects of their commercial/digital capabilities technology ecosystem, organizational processes and optimization strategy spanning sales, marketing, patient services, market access and analytics functions.
  • Leading project delivery to make sure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out strategy, managing change, monitoring and gauging processes, and taking remedial steps.
  • Gathering and analyzing information from our clients to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve integrated marketing performance and operations, and develop roadmaps, and outputs to deliver this.
  • Leverage knowledge of marketing strategy, brand and campaign operations to develop and implement plans and approaches. Enable client teams to operate in a “new way of working”
  • Building relationships with clients to sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing / marketing operations experience in Life Sciences industry working within a digital business or digital agency
  • Subject matter knowledge in integrated marketing operations and processes with expertise in understanding nuances of data-driven omnichannel marketing that cross web, mobile, social, email, eCommerce and traditional direct marketing channels and working with leading class digital platforms such as Adobe, Drupal, SFMC, Google, OCE or Veeva
  • Experience in working with the brand teams on planning, designing and executing automated omnichannel campaigns
  • Experience in managing delivery teams (both internal and external) including creative and technical capabilities
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required.
  • Good level of other foreign language would be a strong asset.

Working conditions

  • Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw or Lodz.
  • Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
