As a Consultant in Strategy &Operations, you will work on the internal projects that help Mobica to
envision business priorities and expected outcomes through the improved processes, metrics, operating frameworks, and business plans. You will have an opportunity to build a

Consider this position as an Internal Consultant and Advisor who is joint with the functional owners define areas for improvements, help to shape those into the plan for execution and support the business at the design and implementation stage where required. This job requires regular communication with the business leaders across the company, readiness to challenge their existing modus operandi where it leads to better business outcomes and support them throughout the journey to the future state.
We expect you to see what is currently happening within the company as a whole and address specific issues by implementing corrective strategies foresee any potential issues with the current plans and come up with effective ways to prevent or resolve problems that could stem.
You will be responsible for:
As-is business state analysis - assessing the existing status of the business area, evaluate operations and how effective the company has been at meeting the goals,
Identifying aspects of the business operations that need to change to improve the performance.
To-be state design – support business owner to shape the future state of the business area to address identified issues, help reshape company policies, processes and philosophies that can help improve the company's performance.

Business Process Modelling
3 years of experience as the Management Consultant (Big 4 is an advantage) or as an Internal Consultant in Strategy / Operations for the Software Development businesses (500 ppl+) with applying the practicality into the designed outcomes,
Experience in business process modeling, policy, and procedure documentation,
Awareness of the quality management methodologies and frameworks is of a great advantage (lean, agile, continuous improvement),
Result-driven working style,
Ability to see a bigger picture, still getting to the sufficient level of details,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Attention to details.
