Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations Consulting – Process Transformation business helps multinational clients improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations while focusing on the full life cycle of operations transformation: from target operating model design; through to operations transformation, cost reduction, including process reengineering and operational performance improvement.
To be successful in the role of Consultant – Strategy & Operations - Process Transformation team you will have experience of working on complex and challenging projects you will need to build upon and/or develop industry knowledge and become an expert in: operational processes, business architecture, continuous improvement and large scale transformation.
While building a new Strategy & Operations team in Warsaw, in order to cooperate with Deloitte UK on a daily basis, we are seeking professionals for the position of:
Consultant - Strategy & Operations - Process Transformation team
As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:
Work together with Deloitte UK on a daily basis (reporting line, trainings, UK clients’ base, etc.);
Work at client’s locations mostly across Western Europe, UK, but also other locations, excluding Poland;
Travel – Clients engagements will require extensive travel- typically 3-4 times a week (Monday - Friday) on client’s location abroad with fly-backs for each weekend to Warsaw, Poland;
Work from Warsaw’s office (Q22 Building)- when offsite;
Work remotely - depending on the assignment and project arrangement;
Be part of projects related to designing, improving or transforming industry specific core operational processes;
Work with global clients at the most senior level, delivering high-impact solutions to complex challenges and helping them drive exceptional performance;
Take an active role in project teams in the design and delivery of operating models for transformation programmes for various industries within the private/public sector;
Understand client needs and translate them into feasible solutions aligned with the project strategy.
Experience of working on operational improvement or transformation projects;
Previous experience in an Operational Improvement related role (prefferably across diffetent sectors);
Private sector industry experience (specifically SSC, BPO, TMT, Energy & Resources, or Life Sciences);
Public sector industry experience (Education, Social Care, Health and Central/Local Government);
Previous consulting experience- nice to have;
Fluent English- written and spoken (Polish unneeded);
