Consumer and Market Insights Manager Poland and Baltics


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being core business partner to local Marketing Category Director and teams
  • Bringing the voice of the consumer into core brands agenda
  • Managing consumer projects and guidance for innovations for EU and global led projects
  • Providing insights to ad-hoc requests from marketing and category teams
  • Co-ordinating delivery of market research projects for the local market through collaborative working with functional Centres of Excellence and partner agencies
  • Interfacing with Global and Regional Category Insights teams
  • Delivering local consumer connection programmes that create growth insights for brands and categories
  • Being available for ca. 20% of your time spent on business travells

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Strong skills in the fundamentals of research, data analysis and insight and idea articulation
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to Integrate multiple data sources (continuous data, primary research, desk research data, financial data, channel, shopper, etc.) to create meta-analysis for growth insights and mix optimisation
  • Accuracy & strong attention to detail
  • Agile & positive attitude: able to deal with changing briefs and challenging deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with agency partners and internal Unilever teams


EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in Market Research, Insights,, Marketing (Agency or Client)
  • Think strategically – ability to design, develop and land country and cross-category level work
  • You should also have a depth of experience on Understanding Market Research Fundamentals, and Mastering Market Research Techniques
  • Ability to provide strategic consumer insight partnership/planner with the business
  • A positive attitude and can-do outlook to keep the agency teams motivated and inspired to work with the team
  • Develop work which is fact-based rather than fact-filled, focusing on recommendations and outcomes
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal are needed to work with different functions and land insights and messages in a compelling way, Speaking Polish will be a plus
