Consumer Experience & Insights Specialist
Location: Warsaw
Gain a deep understanding of consumer behaviours on the Polish market and based on data, to support development of local CRM strategy with all Nespresso Sales Channels. 

In this position you will:

  • Identification of key market trends in the local coffee & machine environment as well as in consumer behaviours and identify business opportunities accordingly,
  • Contribute to all phases of direct marketing campaign management: conceptualization, planning, targeting, measurement, recommendation,
  • Perform pre- and post-evaluation with key learnings aligned between all sales channels and finance department,
  • Prepare and analyze CRM campaigns and preparing summary reports,
  • Propose and implement new ideas in a field of CRM.

To succeed in the role the following experience and competencies will be essential:

  • At least 2 years of experience on in CRM analysis / execution of CRM campaigns or similar in an international, dynamic company,
  • University degree with strong business knowledge,
  • IT/IS literate: Strong knowledge of software, including Excel, Access,
  • Comfortable database knowledge (SQL),
  • Knowledge of at least one reporting / data mining tool (e.g. SAP BusinessObjects, SPSS Modeler, Cognos) will be a great asset,
  • Good Command of English,
  • Analytical experience using software tools in a business oriented environment,
  • Ability to draw conclusions from analyses, orientation to details,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills,
  • Customer orientation.
